This is coming soon. Mark it in your planner!! Get excited, it’s going to be lots of fun!

Now onto my page for week 19. I decided to go a double page this for this week’s challenge.

ALP 2016 – week 16

Decided to go a two page spread this week. Loving the fact I’m using up some of my older supplies.

Am struggling a little with the small size but it is forcing me to think outside the box.

Day in the Life 2016

This year I decided to play along with Ali Edwards Day in the Life. Wasn’t sure what I was going to do with it but I snapped away and journaled it in the Day One app on my phone.

I’ve finally decided to add it to my Week in the Life album. And going with the simplest and quickest option I could I made some 4×6 photo collages using the Project Life app and printed them out.

and the back

and with the journaling flip pocket.

The Day in the life graphic came from Ali Edwards, everything else is Project Life. Journaling card made by me using a Project Life grid card, washi tape, Studio Calico roller stamp and some stickers (can’t remember the brand)

I scrapped 12×12!!

I seriously haven’t done a 12×12 layout in so long. You know what? I think I miss scrapping this size. I do so many pocket pages now that these pages feel kinda novel. I think I might make myself do some more of them. Anywho, this one was done for an online challenge.

It’s going in my wedding album, which I might get finished. Maybe even before our 10th wedding anniversary in November.

No idea what any of brands of paper are except the white cardstock is Kaisercraft, the ribbon is off our wedding presents, the petals are Prima, the quote sticker is Deja Views, the alphas are a mix of Heidi Swapp and Thickers and the journal card is from the Becky Higgins Wedding mini kit.

It’s a holly, jolly time of year…. almost

Three more sleeps and it’s December. Officially time to put up the tree, welcome back Glitter (our Elf on the Shelf and generally get festive!

It’s also time to start Journal Your Christmas, a yearly class from the ever amazing Shimelle Laine (I am such a fangirl lol). You can check out (& sign up for) the class here (and once you join you can take the class each year for free. Bonus – the JYC community are amazing) and have a look at this year’s kit here (not a necessity but you et to see Shimelle’s gorgeous Christmas line)

2015 is my 5th year of JYC and I’m hoping to blog my album as I go. Maybe 2015 will be the year I actually finish my album before the next Christmas (my 2014 album is nearly finished). I’m excited to be using lots of Shimelle goodness that is part of the Scrappy Canary Christmas kit this year and leftovers from last year (& all the other Christmas goodies I’ve hoarded lol)

Do you JYC or December Daily?
