Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/101-things-in-1000-days-Vol-5-819x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12056\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;object-fit:contain\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Why 1001 Days? <\/strong>Many people have created lists in the past \u2013 frequently simple challenges such as New Year\u2019s resolutions or a \u2018Bucket List\u2019. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organising and timing some tasks such as overseas trips, study semesters, or outdoor activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start Date: 1st November 2025<br>End Date: 27th July
