It\u2019s been a full month &#8211; some wins, some setbacks, and a lot of learning along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Physical Goals Progress<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>WALKING &#8211; I reached my goal of <strong>120 km for the month<\/strong> for the Workout 4 Women challenge &#8211; plus a little extra on top! It feels good to see the consistency paying off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WATER INTAKE &#8211; Hydration has been a big focus. I\u2019ve increased my daily water intake by keeping my large bottle next to my bed so I can drink first thing in the morning. I also keep a 600ml bottle on my desk, which reminds me to sip throughout the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COOKING MORE FROM SCRATCH &#8211; Still going strong here. Lots more meals from scratch, and I\u2019m genuinely loving the process. It\u2019s helping with both health and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mental Health &amp; Wellbeing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SLEEP &#8211; I\u2019ve been aiming for a <strong>10:30 pm bedtime<\/strong>, and most nights I\u2019ve hit it. Fridays and Saturdays often drift later, but that\u2019s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then everything went sideways when <strong>J had a fall and broke his wrist<\/strong>.<br>There was a 2am bedtime the night it happened, and sleep stayed fragmented for the rest of the month &#8211; neither of us slept well while we were worried about his cast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>READING &amp; SELF-CARE LEARNING &#8211; I started <em>Lessons from the Empress: A Tarot Workbook for Self-Care and Creative Growth<\/em>. With uni wrapping up in early December, I\u2019m hoping to finish it before the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Study Update<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m officially on study break!<br>There\u2019s just one exam in the first week of December, and then I\u2019m done for the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had a lot happening at home, so I didn\u2019t get a chance to work on the date-night list. Hopefully next month brings more space for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This month\u2019s activity, though, was a good one: a day trip to Hobart to watch the Tassie Tigers take on the Perth Thundersticks in the Hockey One tournament at the Tas Hockey Centre. A fun reset!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Digital Decluttering Wins<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I managed to get started on a digital tidy-up, beginning with my laptop\u2019s internal drives. I deleted unwanted files and properly sorted the ones I wanted to keep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even better?<br>I reached Inbox Zero in two email inboxes.
