{"id":5137,"date":"2013-08-24T21:48:00","date_gmt":"2013-08-24T10:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/?p=5137"},"modified":"2013-08-24T21:48:00","modified_gmt":"2013-08-24T10:48:00","slug":"shhh-someones-sleeping","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/blog\/2013\/08\/24\/shhh-someones-sleeping\/","title":{"rendered":"Shhh someone\u2019s sleeping"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019ve half way though the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ahbeard.com.au\/sleepwell\/category\/6-week-sleep-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\">AH Beard 6 week sleep challenge<\/a> and my sleep has been good then all over the show.<\/p>\n<p>Week 2 was all about cutting out the caffeine near bedtime. Pretty easy for me. Don\u2019t drink coffee and I try not to drink coke near bedtime as I always end up feeling bloated and blah. Slept fairly well this week.<\/p>\n<p>Week 3 was about gadgets. Keeping phones, TVs and computers out of the bedroom &amp; not using them within 30 minutes of bedtime. I fail this one big time. My phone lives beside my bed. The charger lives beside the bed. And I\u2019m usually reading books on my iPad when I get into bed as my wind down. We also have a TV in our room but it\u2019s hardly ever on and I\u2019ve have started making sure it\u2019s not turned on at the power now before I go to bed. <br \/>We had a bit of a crappy week this week too. Miss K got tonsillitis and Thursday night I spent the night stressing over stuff. Sleep was not good.
