{"id":700,"date":"2010-02-01T08:42:58","date_gmt":"2010-01-31T22:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/roll2create.net\/NightwolfsLayouts\/?p=700"},"modified":"2010-02-01T08:42:58","modified_gmt":"2010-01-31T22:42:58","slug":"january-2010-roundup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/blog\/2010\/02\/01\/january-2010-roundup\/","title":{"rendered":"January 2010 Roundup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well it\u2019s that time of month again \u2013 time for my monthly round up.<\/p>\n<p>(The idea &amp; questions for my round up come from <a href=\"http:\/\/scrapbooklady.typepad.com\/katie_the_scrapbook_lady\/\" target=\"_blank\">Katie the Scrapbook Lady<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What books and\/or magazines did I read this month? <\/strong>What to Expect When You\u2019re Expecting<\/li>\n<li><strong>What movies, television shows, plays, etc. did I watch this month? <\/strong>Dr Who DVDs<\/li>\n<li><strong>What fun things did I do with my family and\/or friends? <\/strong>Went out for a couple of meals due to January being a busy month for birthdays<\/li>\n<li><strong>What gifts did I give and\/or receive? <\/strong>Gave \u2013 Dad a Sony DSLR for his 60th. Received \u2013 New Mothers Journal, some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotmilklingerie.co.nz\/nightwear\/\">Hot Milk PJs<\/a>, a cute little white tiger ornament, some cupcake thingies, a Hawks hat, some clothes for bub, a car seat organiser, a CM album &amp; blank pagesand a lamb PJ bag.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What special or unusual purchases did I make? <\/strong>Got some prints framed for the nursery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What illnesses or health concerns did I have? <\/strong>Swollen ankles<\/li>\n<li><strong>What were my accomplishments this month? <\/strong>Learning how easy it is to lay floating floorboards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What were my disappointments this month? <\/strong>Taking so long to get the nursery done.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How did I do on my goals for the month? (Or any current short or long term goals) <\/strong>Didn\u2019t set any goals for January really, except for getting the nursery set up (which is almost done) and getting the office finished.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anything else noteworthy to include? <\/strong>The side fence is done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks to do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Back up all digital pictures. Format memory cards. Sort all January photos into 2010 folder. Make a backup copy of the photos onto my desktop computer and EHD. <\/li>\n<li>Backup any other documents or files as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Backup my blog. <\/li>\n<li>Clean off my work area, empty my inbox, and clean up my computer files. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><u><font color=\"#2e6fc3\"><\/font><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Goals for February<\/strong> (something new I\u2019m starting this month)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get the nursery finished before bub is born.<\/li>\n<li>Take more photos<\/li>\n<li>Journal every day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well it\u2019s that time of month again \u2013 time for my monthly round up.
