Fast forward a couple of years and I thought I\u2019d update the list.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kids room<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>new curtains\n<li>polish floorboards\n<li>maybe some wall art <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our room<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>paint (gotta pick a colour first)\n<li>polish floorboards\n<li>eventually get built ins &#8211; the plan is next year (2016)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hallway<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>skylight &#8211; still not sure about this\n<li>polish floorboards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bathroom &amp; toilet<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tiling the toilet floor\n<li>maybe a new loo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lounge\/Dining<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>polish floorboards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Outside<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>new front fence\n<li>garden beds for the vegie garden\n<li>get gazebo up and set up for table etc&nbsp; &#8211; happening this summer!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I\u2019ve also been pinning up a storm of inspiration. Feel free to check out my boards \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/nightwolfsden\/house-bedroom\/\">Bedroom<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/nightwolfsden\/house-laundry\/\">Laundry<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/nightwolfsden\/house-kitchen\/\">Kitchen<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/nightwolfsden\/house-lounge\/\">Lounge<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/nightwolfsden\/house-garden\/\">Garden<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>Things we\u2019ve done  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>replaced our wood heater with a newer model\n<li>got a reverse cycle air conditioner (&amp; kept the wood fire)\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/blog\/wheres-ya-noms-at\/\" target=\"_blank\">new kitchen<\/a>\n<li>replaced the plumbing \u2013 kitchen, laundry, some under the house and some outside\n<li>new roof &amp; guttering\n<li>Family photos up in the lounge &amp; dining room&nbsp;\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/blog\/the-road-to-our-new-bathroom-pt-3\/\" target=\"_blank\">new bathroom<\/a>\n<li>new front door &amp; window\n<li>linen cupboard\n<li>landscaped front yard &#8211; new grass, new gardens, new paths\n<li>new curtains in the lounge &amp; dining thanks to my mum\n<li>roller blinds in the kitchen\n<li>new couch and chairs\n<li>painted the lounge\/dining room\n<li>built in cupboard in girls\u2019 room\n<li>painted the girls\u2019 room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Back in July 2013 I created a list of all the things I wanted to do around our home.
