No filter for this week and time for a #thursday3
1. So apparently I have severe depression, stress and anxiety levels this week. I am not honestly surprised. May (more specifically Mother’s Day) is a crappy time for me. Add in a sick foster kitten and stuff with the kids. So yeah.
2. On a more positive note. Biggest made the rep team for hockey. So proud of her.
3. Now the weather is starting to cool down I’m looking forward to more crafty time, when we’re not at hockey 🤣

Late #thursday3 with @rukristin and @the_awesome_ladies_project
1. Been awhile since I’ve done one of these and of course I go for a Snapchat filter 🤣
2. I’ve been creating again and really enjoying just playing with my supplies
3. I finally enrolled in an art therapy course to become an art therapist. I’d love a job where I can help others while they make amazing, healing art. The benefits of art on mental health are real.

I still have to take a photo of me to add, then finish the hidden journaling on the tag

Get my @dayoneapp ready for @aliedwards Week in the Life.
For the past few years I have found using these prompts (that I think I got from the awesome @rukristin years ago) to jot notes through the day and then at the end of the day I add all my photos I’ve Taken
