Giving us prompts to blog about. This week\u2019s prompt \u2013&nbsp;<strong> Scrapbooking? How do you motivate yourself and still enjoy the process??<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How do I motivate myself? hmmm forum challenges &amp; sketches mainly. I usually find a challenge or a sketch (sometimes even a layout in a gallery or mag) sparks an idea that I have to scrap. Other times it\u2019s just an element<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find I need to organise time to scrap otherwise I never get anything done LOL The knowledge I\u2019m creating something for future generations (&amp; kids when we have them) keeps me motivated (no matter how discouraged I get when I get knocked backed after submitting layouts \u2013 all that\u2019s important is that I like my layouts right?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anywho onto the layouts. MS had their monthly Cyber crop over the weekend. I missed a fair bit cause I\u2019ve had a shocking migraine (ended up in bed on Sunday because of it) managed to get four challenges done thou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Challenge 1 \u2013 scrap a day in your life\u2026incorporating a list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/crafts\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/MS_Feb08_CC01.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-731\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>created using Prima <a href=\"http:\/\/www.primahybrid.com\/shoppe\/search.php?mode=search&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paintables<\/a> from Prima Hybrid (I\u2019m LOVING these)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Challenge 2 \u2013 produce a layout using both hearts and flowers, but the hearts have to be HANDMADE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/crafts\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/MS_Feb08_CC02.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-732\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>(I love this pic) Made the heart &amp; flowers using chippie, wedding dress material, felt flowers &amp; heart brads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Challenge 3 \u2013 you need to make a card using the word LOVE and something red as an embellishment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/crafts\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/MS_Feb08_CC03.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-733\" style=\"width:444px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Challenge 4 \u2013 the challenge is to make and decorate a gift box (using a template)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nightwolfsden.com\/crafts\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/MS_Feb08_CC04.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-734\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okies that\u2019s all from me today.\u00a0 Have a great day!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(&amp; a layout share or two) A new challenge over at MS \u2013 Rock Your Blog.
