P.S. Welcome if you’ve come from the old blog 🙂
I couldn’t really decide on just one thing but did find a list of the 32 Best Things About Being An Adult.
I found myself nodding with soooo many then thought with a few “yeah, until you have husband/kids/husband & kids” LOL
What do you love about being an adult?
My favourite museum hands down is the one in Melbourne. We used to make regular visits there when we visited and live in Melbourne. It has so many cool permanent exhibitions and the visiting exhibitions are always interesting so there can be something different each time you visit.
I’m hoping to take Miss K there next time we visit Melbourne & that she loves it as much as I did.
The 80s would have to be my favourite decade I’ve lived in but I would loved to have been alive for more of the 70s. I love the clothing and music from the 70s.
This page gave me a good giggle.
What’s your favourite decade?
I nearly forgot to do this, especially after having a slight sleep in this morning, thanks to hubby, after a shocking night. Also I’m not very good at taking photos on the hour cause I tend to forget lol so I don’t think any photos are exactly on the hour.
edited: I forgot a photo last night so have come back to add it

Today’s topic is blogging – sharing blogging tips or our best blogging experiences.
First I’d like to share one of my fav blogger resources…
If you have a blog, taking part in a Biannual Blogathon is a great idea. I’ve learnt so much and been pretty inspired. The next one is coming up next month in June.
I also thought I’d share some of my favourite posts on Nightwolf’s Den (yeah a little self promotion lol)
I was going to share with you a bit of a tour of my home today but, honestly it really looks like a bomb has hit it as we’re in the middle of doing some renos so there is stuff EVERYWHERE 😉 So, what’s a girl to do?
Head to Pinterest and share some of the things I have pinned that I would love to do to our home one day.

So not a topic I usually blog about! But I’m giving it a go today.
Since I’m pregnant I thought I’d go check out what’s “in” for those who will be pregnant over the upcoming winter here in Australia.
Layers! Always a good thing especially with those lovely hot flushes us pregnant women often get no matter the season.
Grey – Many sites are suggesting that grey will be the new black this winter. I’ve already noticed that lots of maternity wear is either grey or black.
Jewel tones & pastels – yay for a splash of colour. Think emerald green, teal and crimson or for fans of pastels think lavender, dusty rose and ice blue.
Textures – chunky knits, thick coats (a must for winter in Tasmania) and sweater dresses. A great tip from maternity clothing site Queen Bee – add texture with maternity tights
What’s your go to maternity items over winter? I’m finding leggings, long tops, warm dresses and comfy cardis so far.
Here’s a quick photo blog about my walk to work 😉 Ok so I’m being a bit cheeky as I work from home.
Out of bed, quick shower, breakfast (ignore the messy kitchen) then sit down with a cuppa & get stuck into it.
What’s your walk to work like?
