Wow I can’t believe it’s the 10th again already. Where has the month gone?
This month I thought I’d share with you 10 Art Journal pages I love. I’m really getting back into Art Journaling again and have found some awesome inspiration on Pinterest.
Gotta ask too, does anyone have a Smash book? I’m not sure if I should get one. Should I??
Anyways on to my 10 favourite Art Journal pages (at the moment)

These are really gorgeous. I can see why you chose them. You obviously love vibrant color; I do, too!
so cool~they are all beautiful!!
Awesome art journal pages! Great inspiration! I do not have a smash book and not sure that I will get one but my sister is making her own and I have seen posts from a a few scrappers who are also making their own. Check out this post that Shimelle wrote about them – http://www.shimelle.com/paper/1072/true-thoughts-on-smash-books-and-scrapbooking/
Love those colorful art journal pages. super cool stuff…
I do have a Smash book, the turquoise retro book. I love it. I am using it as an inspiration and ephemera book. I glue down things that inspire me from magazines or catalogs. I glued in ticket stubs from a recent trip to the theater. I also added some paint swatches that I’m considering for my craft room walls. It’s not a traditional ‘scrapbook’ for me but I like having all my nifty ideas, creative whimsy and real life ephemera all in one place. I think it will be fascinating to look back at in later years. I like that the book already balances some colorful pages with grid or lined pages but you could easily make your own Smash-like book if you prefer…
You’ve found some wonderful pages.
Lovely pages! I’m going to start a mixed media canvas in the next couple of weeks. Love your inspiration!
Wow! What gorgeous eye candy you have here. I don’t know much about art journaling but I’d sure like to give it a go. Did you draw all that stuff?? It’s absolutely beautiful!!!
Thanks Cheryl. Can’t take credit for any of the pages. I wish I could draw like that.
