Happy birthday to me

So today I turn another year older. Meh. Just another usual day here but with the added bonus of some pressies and a meal out.

I got to sleep in til 9. Then spent the day cleaning up after Miss K (as you do), had a visit from Mum who came in to do a bit of shopping. Found out where we had originally planned to go for tea was closed 🙁 So we ended up going to the Jailhouse Grill.

yup, nothing. But this is ok. We both agreed to buy something for each other while we’re in Melbourne for #DPCON12 (not long now… yay!)

not a bed but are helping us with our accommodation costs for our Melbourne trip

So now we’re home and having a relaxing evening. Oh and I had a cake – cherry ripe sponge
