(yup that’s its name) One of our friends made this for one of our annual Christmas dinners and it is very moreish. It’s best to make the bits before (at least 3 hours) you want to eat it and then put it all together just before serving otherwise the meringue goes too soft, you want that crunch.

December is nearly upon us and that means itās time to get your planner into gear for 2016! If youāve been reading my blog for awhile, you will know how much of a fan I am of Leonie Dawsonās Shining Biz & Life Academy (formally known as Goddess Guidebook) and the totally wonderful workbooks she brings out each year. 2016 marks my 4th (or is it 5th) year of using the Life workbook & will be the first year I will be using the Biz workbook. You can read my previous posts by clicking on the Shining Year Workbook tag.
AND this year, apart from the workbooks being totally redesigned (& OMG they are GORGEOUS!!) there is a planner *SQUEE*.
So run and grab your copy now. I promise you wonāt regret it š
Blog Everyday In November is going swimmingly, yes? I managed a couple of days and then promptly forgot about it. :/ So hereās a couple of days catch up
Photography
Hereās a pretty photo I took

Fireworks Night

I used to LOVE fireworks when I was little. It was my Grandadās birthday around Cracker Night so weād have a family get together with cake and fireworks.
Friday Night In
Ha this is me pretty much every week! Hubby goes out and plays D&D with his mates and I get to stay home. Depending on the kids, itās either something on TV, baking or scrapbooking. I remember when Friday night in meant a bunch of mates coming round, lots of alcohol and loud music š
Unusual Hobby
I didnāt think I had unusual hobbies, then I went and googled āunusual hobbiesā. As you do. Who would of known my love of haunting cemeteries (haha) actually had a name?
Taphophilia is a passion for and enjoyment of cemeteries. The singular term is a taphophile. It involves epitaphs, gravestone rubbing, photography, art, and history of (famous) deaths.
There you go. I love checking out local cemeteries and absorbing the history of the place. Which reminds me, it must be time for a photo walk again soon š
Iām such a foodie and I LOVE cooking. You can check out some of my favourite recipes by having a look on my Pinterest board or click on the following tags – Food, Thermomix, In the Den Kitchen
