Taking the day off so todayās post is scheduled.
Attempting a day offline as a little self care.
Back tomorrow
Blog Everyday In November is going swimmingly, yes? I managed a couple of days and then promptly forgot about it. :/ So hereās a couple of days catch up
Photography
Hereās a pretty photo I took

Fireworks Night

I used to LOVE fireworks when I was little. It was my Grandadās birthday around Cracker Night so weād have a family get together with cake and fireworks.
Friday Night In
Ha this is me pretty much every week! Hubby goes out and plays D&D with his mates and I get to stay home. Depending on the kids, itās either something on TV, baking or scrapbooking. I remember when Friday night in meant a bunch of mates coming round, lots of alcohol and loud music š
Unusual Hobby
I didnāt think I had unusual hobbies, then I went and googled āunusual hobbiesā. As you do. Who would of known my love of haunting cemeteries (haha) actually had a name?
Taphophilia is a passion for and enjoyment of cemeteries. The singular term is a taphophile. It involves epitaphs, gravestone rubbing, photography, art, and history of (famous) deaths.
There you go. I love checking out local cemeteries and absorbing the history of the place. Which reminds me, it must be time for a photo walk again soon š
Iām such a foodie and I LOVE cooking. You can check out some of my favourite recipes by having a look on my Pinterest board or click on the following tags – Food, Thermomix, In the Den Kitchen
Kinda. I mean itās the first work day back after the weekend (boo). Miss K is at school giving me more 1 on 1 time with Miss A (yay). So many days left til the weekend (boo) yet so many possible things we can do during the week & swimming lessons (yay)
So are you a fan of Mondays?
Honestly Iām struggling to think of something new to share about myself.
You all know about my love of cooking, how I met hubby, my hobbiesā¦..
ā¦..
ā¦ā¦
have I shared that I have a birthmark on my foot? No? Canāt remember. So there you go. My new fact to share with you all š

Iām taking part in Blog Every Day in November. You can sign up, find all the prompts and a list of participants here.
Not as part of NaBloPoMo but as part of #BEDN. I do it in May and found out Elizabeth at Rosalilium does a November version as well. So Iām taking part. Back tomorrow with my first post š
Yup, itās time for the Biannual Blogathon Bash again. Iām planning on a smaller list this time around as Miss K has soccer tomorrow & Miss A has been pretty unsettled the last week (4 teeth last weekend!) and wanting her mum all the time. Just realised Iāve been taking part in this since 2013.
So here is my June 2015 listā¦
Mini challenges (will add as we go along)
Itās nearly time for the Biannual Blogathon Bash again. It starts next Friday! This will be my fourth (or fifth?) time taking part and itās a great way to get some blogging tasks youāve been putting of done and learn some new things through the mini challenges.
You can read about what Iāve done in previous blogathons by checking out my posts.
What is the blogathon?
Itās a FREE online event held twice a year (January and June) giving bloggers a chance to āwork on all their blogging to-dos and learn more about different aspects of blogging at the same time as many other bloggers. Basically a blogathon=blogging+marathon. Most participants dedicate a large chunk of time during the weekend event to work on their blogs but you can join in even if you canāt dedicate that much time.ā
The blogathon is open to all bloggers ā new/experienced, solo/group, for profit/not for profit, business bloggers, personal bloggers, those who have one blog, those who have multiple blogs, bloggers of ALL niches.
Sound interesting? Sign up here then join the Facebook group (make sure you have some mention of your blog in your facebook profile or PM Kathleen Garber letting her know you have requested to join the group and where you blog.
Iād love to see some more Aussies join up. Let me know if you do so I can come check out your blog/cheer you along during the blogathon š
Today marks the last day in May and therefore the last post for Blog Every Day in May for 2015. I missed a few days this year but oh well.
I started my first blog way back when before blogging was cool, pretty sure it was on yahoo, maybe a geocities site I canāt really remember. Then Blogger came out and I started Ramblings from the Goth in May 2005. It rambled along til 2006 which is when I started Nightwolfās Den (originally on Blogger until I won a domain name & hosting package a couple of yearās back).
2006 also saw me start a blog documenting our wedding. After the wedding I went back to one blog again then in 2009 I started From the Wolfās Den when we found out we were expecting our first child. This one is still going but I donāt update it as often as Iād like. Itās all pregnancy, baby and children.
2009 I also started a Christmas blog but decided 3 blogs was too much and ended up just adding all the Christmas stuff to this blog.
From 2010 onwards Iāve pretty much concentrated my blogging journey here with the occasional post over at From the Wolfās Den. This little space on the net has continued to see and record so many things ā the birth of 2 gorgeous girls, my various businesses, scrapbooking adventures, a blogging conference, mum getting sick, Frocktobers, Afternoon Teals, LOTS of house renovations, some great products to review and so much more.
I look forward to seeing what the future brings š
